Can HackHer help with PCOS or perimenopause?

Not yet. HackHer is currently designed for typical 21 to 35 day cycles. But don’t worry we’re cooking up versions for menopause soon.

What happens if I skip a cycle or go through major stress?

HackHer adapts. Life happens stress, illness, travel. We’ll keep tracking. Confirm the “phantom period” on the calendar and when things get back on track make sure your new period is accurately confirmed.

Does HackHer work if I stopped menstruating temporarily?

Yes. Predictions should still be mostly accurate until your cycle recovers. Be sure to enter new dates when it returns. We’re building towards a Menopause and pregnancy mode.

Can HackHer sync with other period tracking apps?

Currently, no but we’re discussing it!

App Use & Setup

Do I have to log symptoms every day?

No. Once we know your cycle, you’ll get automated insights. HOWEVER daily updates on your current, needs, sex drive and   snack list are super helpful for guests and for the algorithm to learn you.

How often should I update my cycle info?

Once a cycle is fine, Simply input the first and last day of your bleeding for best results.

Does HackHer work internationally?

Yes, worldwide! Hormones have no borders, and neither does support. An upcoming update will include several languages!

Is HackHer available in different languages?

Not yet, but multilingual support is coming soon. Love is universal, and HackHer will be too.

With pride. Hormones don’t discriminate and neither do we. We respect all identities, relationship dynamics and pronouns.

Can men use HackHer?

100% yes. HackHer is designed for partners, parents, brothers, friends or anyone who wants to understand and support the hormonal rhythms of someone they care about. Note: We do not currently track men; however, there will be parallel tracking in the HackHer future!

Can HackHer help parents support their teens?

Yes. We have a special mode for younger users and their parents in an upcoming version that focuses on education, attitude literacy, and compassionate support during the early cycle years. For obvious reasons we do not collect or allow minors (under 18) to interact with or share their sexual data (sex meter, massage points etc.).
