HackHer is a subscription-based mobile application operated by Continual Beauty, Inc. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing are handled for purchases made through the HackHer mobile application and associated subscription services.
By purchasing a HackHer subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Free Trial
HackHer offers a 14‑day free trial to new users.
During this period:
• You will not be charged.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends.
If you do not cancel before the trial expires:
• Your selected subscription plan will automatically begin.
• Your payment method will be charged at the start of the paid period.
Cancelling during the trial prevents any charges.
2. Subscription Plans
HackHer may offer the following plans:
Quarterly Plan
• $49 billed every 3 months
Founders Access
• $99 one‑time promotional purchase
• Limited to the first 1,000 users
• Special early‑access pricing
Standard Annual Plan
• $199 billed annually
Pricing may change in the future for new subscribers.
3. Refund Eligibility
HackHer offers a limited refund window for the first paid charge only.
Refund requests may be considered if:
· The request is made within 48 hours of the initial paid subscription charge following the free trial, and
· The user has not significantly used the service after billing.
After this window:
• All payments are non‑refundable.
Refund requests may be denied if the account shows significant use of the service after billing, including accessing core features, completing onboarding, or generating personalized insights within the app.
4. Refund Limitations
• Refund requests may be limited to one refund per account, issued at the discretion of Continual Beauty, Inc.
This limitation applies to refunds issued directly by HackHer and does not affect refund rights provided through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, which are governed by their respective policies.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the refund policies of those platforms may override portions of this policy where applicable.
Continual Beauty, Inc. reserves the right to deny refund requests if the account shows patterns of excessive refund requests, promotional abuse, or repeated subscription cancellations following significant use of the service.
5. Purchases Made Through Apple App Store
If you purchased your HackHer subscription through the Apple App Store:
• Apple manages all billing and refunds.
• HackHer cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases directly.

6. Purchases Made Through Google Play
If you purchased your subscription through Google Play:

7. Subscription Renewal
All HackHer subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
By subscribing, you agree that:
• Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
• Your payment method will be charged unless you cancel beforehand.
Cancelling a subscription:
· Stops future billing
· Does not refund the current billing period
Your billing date and subscription status can be viewed at any time in your account or subscription settings.
Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings and cancelling before renewal if they do not wish to continue.
8. Founders Access Purchases
The Founders Access plan is a limited promotional offer available to early adopters.
Because this offer provides:
· $99 promotional membership purchase
· Limited to the first 1,000 users
· Special early‑access pricing
Founders Access provides one year of HackHer membership at a discounted introductory price, with a lifetime membership at that price, provided there is no interruption in service.
All Founders Access purchases are final sale and non‑refundable, except where required by law.
9. Billing Errors & Exceptional Situations
Refunds may be issued in limited situations, such as:
• Duplicate charges
• Technical billing errors
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions

10. Fraudulent Activity & Abuse
HackHer is intended for fair personal use. Continual Beauty, Inc. may deny refunds, suspend accounts, or terminate access if an account is found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or attempts to circumvent subscription or promotional limitations.
Indicators of abuse may include:
• Repeated refund requests
• Creating multiple accounts to access trials or promotions
• Disputing legitimate charges after significant service usage
• Attempting to bypass subscription or billing policies
